Shipping policy

Our delivery time takes an average of 15 to 20 days. Production takes 10 days and the rest is the delivery period. When the product is shipped, our customers are provided with a tracking code.

Tracking your order

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. If you need further tracking information, please contact us.

Please note that when the courier returns an undelivered order to us due to an address problem, you will be charged for reshipment if you request a refund.
